Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our Managed IT Services team. You will support our Managed Compliance offering, helping clients navigate risk assessments, policy management and remediation across regulatory frameworks.

Work closely with our technical team and client stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are understood, tracked and completed on time. The role emphasizes thorough interviews, accurate data gathering and systematic handling of

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Compliance Officer.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to interview stakeholders during assessments.
• Highly systematic and organized; able to manage multiple assessments, tickets, and deadlines.
• Comfortable with learning new software platforms and portals.
• Experience entering time entries into a ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual risk assessments for clients using the Compliance Manager Portal (Kaseya).
• Administer and manage policy library within the Compliance Manager Portal.
• Create and manage remediation tickets; update policy documentation as part of remediation work.
• Log time entries into the ticketing system and track remediation items to completion.
