Job summary

iSupport Worldwide seeks a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to support our Managed Compliance service. You will navigate risk assessments, policy management, and remediation across HIPAA, CMMC, and business risk frameworks, coordinating with clients and our technical team to ensure timely compliance.

You will administer assessments, maintain policy libraries, and manage remediation tickets while accurately logging time entries in our ticketing system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as a Compliance Officer.
• Strong communication skills for interviews with client admins.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple client assessments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual risk assessments for clients using the Compliance Manager Portal (Kaseya).
• Administer assessments related to HIPAA, general business risk, and CMMC.
• Interview client administrators and stakeholders to gather information.
• Analyze assessment results and identify risk or non-compliance.
• Setup final report to send to customer admins.
• Set up and maintain each client’s policy library within the portal.
• Review, update, and manage key policy documents (Privacy & Security Manual, BCDR, Incident Response).
• Ensure policies stay current and aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Create and manage remediation tickets; log time entries for compliance work.
• Track remediation items to completion and follow up with clients and team.

Kaseya Compliance Manager

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our Managed IT Services team. In this role, you will support our Managed Compliance service offering, helping clients navigate annual risk assessments, policy management, and remediation efforts across multiple regulatory frameworks. You will work closely with our technical team and directly with client stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are understood, tracked, and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance Assessments
  • Conduct annual risk assessments for clients using our Compliance Manager Portal (Kaseya)
  • Administer and manage assessments related to HIPAA compliance, general business risk, and CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification)
  • Interview client administrators and stakeholders to gather accurate information needed to complete assessments
  • Analyze assessment results and identify areas of risk or non-compliance
  • Setup final report to send to customer admins
• Policy Library Management
  • Set up and maintain each client’s policy library within the Compliance Manager Portal
  • Review, update, and manage key organizational policy documents, including the Privacy and Security Manual, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) Plan, and Incident Response Plan
  • Ensure policies remain current, accurate, and aligned with applicable regulatory requirements
• Remediation & Ticketing
  • Create and manage remediation tickets resulting from assessment findings
  • Update required policy documentation as part of ticket remediation work
  • Accurately log time entries into the ticketing system for all compliance-related work
  • Track remediation items through to completion, following up with clients and internal team members as needed

Required Skills & Attributes

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Compliance Officer
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently interview client administrators and stakeholders during assessments
• Highly systematic and organized, able to manage multiple client assessments, tickets, and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software platforms and portals
• Experience or comfort entering accurate time entries into a ticketing system
• Basic understanding of IT systems and general technology concepts
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, CMMC, or general business risk assessments
• Familiarity with Kaseya Compliance Manager or similar GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) platforms
• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT services environment
