Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our Managed IT Services team in Metro Manila. You will support our Managed Compliance service, guiding clients through risk assessments, policy management, and remediation across frameworks, coordinating with client stakeholders and our technical team to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities include annual risk assessments, policy library management, and remediation ticketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Compliance Officer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly systematic and organized with ability to manage multiple assessments and tickets.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual risk assessments for clients using the Compliance Manager Portal (Kaseya).
• Administer policy library management and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Create and manage remediation tickets and track items to completion.
