Job summary

FC Home Center, Manila, is seeking a Compliance Officer (Rank and File) for an on-site, full-time role suitable for fresh graduates. The position focuses on safeguarding assets by enforcing SOPs, performing inventory checks, and ensuring system integrity with Odoo v16.

Strong attention to cash handling and loss prevention is required. Responsibilities include audits, cycle counts, and fraud investigations, with preference for candidates in Business, Accounting, or related fields and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Audit, or related field preferred.
• Background in Loss Prevention, Audit, Compliance, Inventory Control, or Retail Operations.
• Experience in appliance or high-value retail is an advantage.
• Strong exposure to ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
• Fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Enforce SOPs for sales, inventory, cash handling, and stock movement.
• Conduct regular compliance checks on store operations.
• Conduct cycle counts, spot checks, and full inventory audits.
• Reconcile physical inventory with Odoo v16 system records.
• Review POS transactions for errors, overrides, discounts and refunds.
• Ensure proper use of Odoo v16 across sales, inventory and reporting.
• Investigations on theft, fraud, and process abuse.

Job Summary:

The Compliance Officer (Rank and File level) is responsible for safeguarding company assets by ensuring strict compliance with approved process, procedures, and system controls across all retail operations. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, sales execution, system integrity (Odoo v16), documentation. and fraud prevention.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce compliance with approved SOPs for sales, inventory, cash handling, and stock movement.
• Conduct regular compliance checks on store operations.
• Conduct cycle counts, spot checks, and full inventory audits.
• Reconcile physical inventory vs Odoo v16 system records.
• Review POS transaction for errors, overrides, voids, discounts and refunds.
• Ensure proper use of Odoo v16 across sales, inventory and reporting modules.
• Conduct investigations on theft, fraud, process abuse, and negligence.

Qualifications:
