Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Learning Administrator to oversee mandatory and regulatory learning programs, learner enrolments, and completion tracking within learning systems in the Philippines.

You will support annual training campaigns, maintain training matrices, produce regular compliance reports and dashboards, and assist with LMS content updates. Strong administration, Excel and data accuracy are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mandatory compliance learning programs and track enrolments and completion.
• Produce regular compliance training reports and dashboards.
• Support the administration of annual training plans and attendance tracking.
• Update and maintain learning content and resources in LMS.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI.
