Job summary

Brainbox is seeking an Compliance and Asset Administrator to support an Australian heavy transport client from Pampanga. You will own the compliance due list, servicing administration, and audit-ready documentation.

The role involves coordinating with suppliers, recording service events, and maintaining portals and records to ensure no lapses. You will report to the Transport Manager and handle assignments to keep transport scheduling smooth.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in administration, compliance administration or operations support with recurring scheduled obligations such as servicing, certification, registration or inspection cycles.
• Hands-on experience with records, maintenance or workforce systems (e.g., Assignar, SAP, Pronto, Simpro, Fleetio).
• Proficient in Excel and SharePoint or equivalent document library with proper filing/versioning.
• Strong English to communicate with Australian suppliers by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current equipment and asset register.
• Daily due-list checks; identify upcoming due items and flag risks to Transport Manager.
• Verify fatigue records, driver pre-starts, and faults against daily allocations.
