0318 A. Menarini Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Officer to design and manage salary structures and benefits programs for our Philippine workforce.

The role supports attract/retain strategies and ensures competitive total rewards aligned with local regulations. You will conduct market benchmarking, administer health and retirement benefits, and provide insights to leadership to optimize compensation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, market pricing, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of compensation strategies and programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and annual salary reviews.
• Administer and manage various employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other welfare benefits.
• Conduct market research and participate in salary surveys to ensure compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and aligned with industry benchmarks.
• Prepare compensation and benefits reports, analyses, and presentations for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies related to compensation and benefits.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and individual entitlements.
• Process and reconcile benefit invoices and ensure accurate data submission to providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to compensation and benefits.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
