0318 A. Menarini Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Officer to design and administer salary structures, incentive plans, and annual reviews.

You will manage health and retirement benefits and conduct market benchmarking to keep packages competitive. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, at least 3 years in C&B, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Philippine labor laws.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a similar HR function.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, market pricing, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and HRIS systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

The Compensation & Benefits Officer supports the effective design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain talent within A. Menarini Philippines, Inc.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of compensation strategies and programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and annual salary reviews.
• Administer and manage various employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other welfare benefits.
• Conduct market research and participate in salary surveys to ensure compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and aligned with industry benchmarks.
• Prepare compensation and benefits reports, analyses, and presentations for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies related to compensation and benefits.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and individual entitlements.
• Process and reconcile benefit invoices and ensure accurate data submission to providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to compensation and benefits.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• ​Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a similar HR function.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, market pricing, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and HRIS systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
