Job summary

0318 A. Menarini Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Officer to design and administer salary structures, incentive plans, and annual reviews.

You will manage health and retirement benefits and conduct market benchmarking to keep packages competitive. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, at least 3 years in C&B, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a similar HR function.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, market pricing, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and HRIS systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of compensation strategies and programs.
• Administer and manage benefits programs (health insurance, retirement, life insurance, welfare benefits).
• Conduct market research and salary surveys to remain competitive.
• Prepare compensation reports, analyses, and presentations for management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
• Process and reconcile benefit invoices and data submission to providers.
• Maintain employee records related to compensation and benefits.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
