Compensation And Benefits Specialist

Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and market analyses to support compensation planning.
• Help maintain job classification and salary structures to align with organizational needs.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of compensation records and documentation.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for benefits administration, including health, retirement, wellness programs, and other employee benefits.
• Assist employees with benefits inquiries, escalating complex issues to the Compensation & Benefits Supervisor as necessary.
• Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment, ensuring timely communication and accurate data entry.
• Liaise with benefits providers and third‑party administrators to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Assist in creating and distributing compensation and benefits communication materials to employees.
• Maintain compensation and benefits data in HRIS and other databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare routine reports and ad‑hoc analyses related to compensation and benefits for management review.
• Conduct data audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity across all compensation and benefits records.

Job Competencies

Education & Experience
