Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting the Compensation team running efficiently and meeting and exceeding the needs of all stakeholders globally.
Work as part of the team to analyse data, including compensation survey submission and report downloads to ensure our reward packages are competitive and sustainable.
Analyze large, confidential data sets, spotting errors and trends, translating them into meaningful insight to share with team members and stakeholders.
Provide administrative support to the Compensation team and the Aligned HR Operations Manager in running the annual compensation processes through the whole lifecycle.
Complete all necessary data audits prior to launch.
Perform various checks and reconciliation of data.
Manage queries during the process.
Coordinate, prioritise and allocate stakeholder requests coming into the Compensation mailboxes or through My Portal.
Track and manage resolutions with the team.
Wrap up the processes with follow‑up data audit and improvement activities.
Support stakeholders in the People and wider Business Services teams with any data, system or process requirements to ensure our processes operate effectively.
Assist in the development of progress reports, presentations and analysis as required by team members to support the compensation agenda.
Support the testing, training, planning, and analysis of system upgrades and enhancements as they arise.
Work with the Aligned HR Operations Manager and Compensation team to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the annual processes and systems that support them and make recommendations for improvement to team processes and vendors regarding the system.
Support the team on any new projects as they arise and act as subject matter expert on compensation administration.
Own logistics around team meetings: coordinate team meetings/dial‑ins, agendas, slides, taking actions and/or minutes as required.
Adaptable and willing to support other compensation team activities as needed by the business, including administration support, data management, analysis, audit tasks, or system testing and maintenance to cover peak periods of workload during the year.
Flexibility to work in both US and EMEA time zones to fit business requirements.
Qualifications
Experience with Compensation, data management/analysis (e.g., promotion, salary increase).
At least 1‑3 years experience in HR Shared Services, either in HR Operations or HR Systems.
Proficient Excel skills.
Nice to have: Workday HCM, iManage, or Bqom.
Bachelor's Degree graduate.
Smart, keen attention to detail; can handle confidential information, fast learner, highly analytical.
Amenable to working in a hybrid setup in Makati City.
