Staffing For Doctors in the Philippines is seeking a Referral Coordinator & Patient Care Coordinator with clinical knowledge to oversee medical referrals, lab tracking, and patient follow-up workflows. You will manage lab results, coordinate referrals, and communicate clinical updates to patients with empathy, especially older adults.

This fully remote role requires solid experience with eCW and VOIP systems, a quiet home office, and the ability to document meticulously in EMR and maintain

Qualifications

• Strong medical terminology and basic lab knowledge.
• Experience coordinating referrals and patient care in a US healthcare context.
• Clear spoken and written English with an empathetic phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Lab Management & Patient Outreach: review labs, call patients (~30/day), record notes in eCW.
• Referral Coordination: process referrals, obtain pre-auths, track status.
• Patient Communication: be the clear, empathetic main contact.
• Documentation & EMR Updates: keep patient charts up-to-date in the EMR.
• System Operations: use Intermedia VOIP per practice protocols.
