Job summary

CF Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a Referrals Out Coordinator in the Philippines to manage the end-to-end referral process. You will liaise with patients, providers, insurers, and external networks to ensure timely and accurate referrals, documentation, and scheduling.

Requirements include a healthcare-related bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in a medical setting, familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a medical office or hospital is required or preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process outgoing referral orders from providers.
• Gather and verify clinical documentation, including records.
• Ensure referral requests are complete and accurate before submission.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Confirm network participation and identify in-network options.
• Ensure referrals comply with payer guidelines.
• Submit clinical documentation to the Prior Authorization team.
• Monitor authorization status and follow up as needed.
• Send referral packets to external providers and facilities.
• Coordinate and schedule specialist appointments for patients.
