Job summary

Staff Alliance Inc. is seeking a Company Nurse to provide immediate care to employees and coordinate health benefits at our Alabang site in Muntinlupa City. Fresh graduates are welcome, though hospital or clinic experience is preferred; a valid PRC nursing license is required.

You will support health and engagement programs, assist with basic first aid, and help HR and admin with logistics. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is expected, and candidates must be immediately available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Nursing.
• Licensed nurse with valid PRC ID.
• BOSH certification required at time of application.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Must have SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, TIN, NBI and Gcash for payroll processing.
• Immediately available for employment.
• Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate care to employees including facilitation of HMO and Philhealth benefits.
• Support company's health and engagement programs.
• Assist in basic first aid and medical attention of the employee.
• Assist the HR, Procurement and Generals Services Department with admin and logistical activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor' s/College Degree in Nursing
• Open to fresh graduates, but experience in clinics, hospitals or companies is preferred
• Should be a licensed Nurse (with valid PRC ID)
• Candidate must possess Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification
• BOSH certification must be held at the time of application
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office (particularly good with the use of MS Excel)
• Must have the following requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, TIN, NBI and Gcash (for payroll processing)
• Must be immediately available for employment
