Responsibilities

• Provide immediate nursing care and basic first aid to employees who experience illness, injury, or workplace accidents.
• Dispense over-the-counter and prescribed medicines in accordance with company policies and applicable medical instructions.
• Maintain adequate supplies of medicines, first-aid materials, and medical equipment.
• Conduct and assist with annual physical examinations and coordinate with accredited physicians and medical providers.
• Maintain and regularly update employees’ medical records, health histories, and examination results.
• Monitor employees’ health conditions and provide appropriate health advice and referrals when necessary.
