Job summary

Qualifications

About the role:

As an Occupational Safety and Health Nurse, you will be responsible for promoting a safe and healthy work environment by providing occupational health services and ensuring compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards. You will deliver medical assistance to employees and contractors, oversee workplace health monitoring, maintain clinic operations and medical records, and support the implementation of health, safety, and wellness programs across warehouse, logistics, and office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to warehouse, logistics, office employees, and on-site contractors
• Assist with pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical evaluations
• Monitor health conditions and vital signs of high-risk groups (equipment operators, drivers, office staff with sedentary risks, and contractors working onsite)
• Maintain clinic supplies, medical records, and ensure compliance with DOLE occupational health requirements
• Support infection control, sanitation, and disease monitoring across warehouses logistics areas, and office spaces
• Assist in the implementation of health and safety programs covering warehouse operations, office environments, and contractor activities
• Participate in safety inspections, incident investigations, and toolbox health talks for employees and contractors
• Coordinate with the facilities team, supervisors, physicians, EHS teams, and contractor safety representatives
• Promote wellness programs focused on hydration, fatigue management, ergonomics, stress management, and overall workforce well-being
• Assist in the implementation of new health regulations and manage emerging health concerns affecting employees and contractors

About you

• Open to Fresh Graduates or Minimum 1 year experience as a Company Nurse (logistics or industrial setting preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Strong knowledge of DOLE OSH Standards applicable to warehouse, logistics, and office environments
• Proficient in emergency response, case management, and occupational health monitoring
• BOSH Safety Officer 2 (SO2) certification is an advantage
