Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and first-aid treatment to employees.
• Attend to employees with minor illnesses, injuries, and health concerns.
• Monitor vital signs and provide initial care.
• Assist in emergency response and referrals to medical facilities when necessary.
• Dispense basic/approved medicines per clinic procedures.
• Maintain and update employee medical and clinic records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Monitor and maintain adequate stocks of medicines and medical supplies.
• Assist in health screening, medical examinations, and employee wellness activities.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper documentation of the clinic.
• Support the Company Nurse in occupational health and safety programs.
• Perform other basic nursing and clinic-related duties as assigned.
