Kaertech Electronic Philippines, Incorporated is seeking a Nurse Reliever to provide basic nursing and first-aid services within the company clinic in Biñan, Laguna. The role supports the daily operations of the clinic and serves as a temporary reliever for the Company Nurse, helping to maintain employee health records.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with a valid Philippine license, preferably with experience in occupational health settings.

Qualifications

Must be a registered nurse with a valid Philippine nursing license.
Experience in occupational health, company clinic, or similar setting preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to start immediately.
Organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Provide basic nursing care and first-aid treatment to employees.
Attend to employees with minor illnesses, injuries, and health concerns.
Monitor vital signs and provide initial care.
Assist in emergency response and referrals to medical facilities when necessary.
Dispense basic/approved medicines per clinic procedures.
Maintain and update employee medical and clinic records while ensuring confidentiality.
Monitor and maintain adequate stocks of medicines and medical supplies.
Assist in health screening, medical examinations, and employee wellness activities.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper documentation of the clinic.
Support the Company Nurse in occupational health and safety programs.
Perform other basic nursing and clinic-related duties as assigned.
