Job summary

Greenstone Packaging Corporation is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to safeguard employee well-being at Sta. Quiteria, Baesa, Quezon City. The role involves leading health initiatives, providing first aid, and monitoring workplace health indicators.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's in Nursing, strong attention to detail, stress tolerance, and multitasking ability. Occupational health experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Experience in health-related programs desirable.
• Ability to multitask and stay detailed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Attend to employees health concerns (first aid, BP monitoring) and dispense medications as needed.
• Provide health programs that promote wellbeing and safety (lectures, pamphlets, counseling).
• Coordinate health initiatives with Safety Officers of the plant.
• Maintain medical and other related records of employees.
• Inventory medicines and ensure availability of medicines.
• Organize annual physical examinations.
• Interpret medical results.
• Assist HR-related matters.

Job description

• Takes charge of overall health of employees in conjunction with the Safety Officers of the plant.

• Inventory medicines and other supply/Ensures availability of medicines

• Organize annual physical examinations.

• Interpret medical results.

• Do and assist HR related matters.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Occupational Health Nursing is an advantage
