Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic life support (BLS) and first-aid training and BOSH Training
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency care for employees who experience injuries, accidents, or sudden illness at work.
• Assess employees' health conditions and determine whether they need further medical attention.
• Manage the company clinic, including medicines, medical supplies, equipment, and health records.
• Monitor employees' medical conditions, especially those with work-related health concerns or chronic conditions.
• Assist with pre-employment and periodic medical examinations, including coordinating with physicians and laboratories.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of employees.
• Respond to workplace accidents and injuries, document incidents, and coordinate referrals to hospitals or physicians when necessary.
• Conduct health education and wellness activities, such as seminars on nutrition, hygiene, stress management, first aid, and disease prevention.
• Help implement occupational health and safety programs in coordination with the safety officer, HR, and management.
• Monitor workplace health hazards and recommend measures to prevent illness and injury.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare providers when employees require outside medical care.
• Assist in workplace health surveillance, including monitoring illnesses, injuries, and other health trends among employees.
• Promote infection prevention and workplace sanitation.
• Prepare health-related reports for management and appropriate regulatory requirements.
• Participate in emergency preparedness, including first-aid training, emergency drills, and maintaining emergency medical supplies.
• Support return-to-work and employee health programs when applicable.
