Private Advertiser in Metro Manila seeks a Company Lawyer to serve as the corporation's legal counsel and provide strategic counsel to the organization. You will represent the company in legal matters and help ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws and regulations.

The role involves advising on a wide range of topics, supporting risk management, and assisting with policy development and corporate structuring as needed by the CEO/President.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with active license in the Philippines.
• Experience in corporate/commercial law is preferred.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company as the designated representative for the company and its joint venture.
• Provide legal guidance on a wide range of topics.
• Support the company in managing risks by creating or enhancing company policies subject to the approval and strategy of the CEO/President.
• Handle improvements and structuring as planned or as necessary.
