Responsibilities

• Handle and oversee real estate transactions, including acquisition, sale, lease, development, and transfer of properties
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, deeds, leases, MOAs, and other property-related legal documents
• Conduct or supervise due diligence on land titles, ownership, liens, encumbrances, and property records
• Manage land title registration, transfer, annotation, consolidation, and correction with relevant government agencies
• Advise management on zoning, land-use restrictions, permits, easements, and regulatory compliance
• Handle and coordinate land, lot, boundary, ownership, possession, and property disputes
• Coordinate with external counsel, brokers, surveyors, notaries, government offices, and other professionals on property matters
• Monitor compliance with applicable real estate, land, zoning, environmental, and corporate laws and regulations
• Identify and manage legal risks associated with property investments and transactions
• Represent or assist the company in negotiations, mediation, administrative proceedings, and court cases involving real estate matters

About the role
