Job summary

People360 Consulting Corporation in the Philippines seeks a dependable driver to operate company vehicles for official personnel use. The role includes preventive maintenance, accurate record-keeping, and maintaining a compliant logbook of kilometres and destinations.

You will follow road rules, keep vehicles in good condition, perform pre-trip inspections, and respond appropriately in accidents while adhering to QESH policies and CSR activities.

Qualifications

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles for official personnel use.
• Ensure emergency equipment is ready for use.
• Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles per schedule.
• Keep all records, including maintenance receipts.
• Ensure vehicle logbook records kilometres, destinations, and other details.
• Carry a valid driver’s license at all times while driving.
• Abide by land transportation laws and regulations.
• Drive defensively at all times.
• Ensure vehicle is registered, roadworthy and emission compliant.
• Secure and safeguard the vehicle until it is returned to the designated location.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections regularly (BLOWBAGETS).
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
• Know how to act in case of accidents or incidents.
• Know rights as a driver’s license holder.
• Observe road safety, discipline, and courtesy.
• Be in good health; avoid contagious diseases.
• Return lost and found items promptly.
• Follow QESH guidelines and CSR policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Drivers company vehicles for official use of personnel.

• Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure the vehicle logbook is properly filled up to record kilometre reading, destination and others.
• Must have secured an appropriate driver’s license to carry it all times while driving motor vehicle.
• Must know, follow and abide the land transportation laws, rules and regulations.
• Must be a defensive driver.
• Ensure that the vehicle he is driving is duly registered, roadworthy and emission compliant.
• Secure and safeguard the vehicle until it is returned to the designated location.
• Regularly conduct proper motor vehicle pre-trip inspection (BLOWBAGETS).
• Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times.
• Knowledgeable on what to do and act in case of accident or incident.
• Know his rights and privilege as holder of a driver’s license.
• Always observe road safety, discipline and courtesy.
• Must be in a healthy condition and no contagious disease that can affect him and his passenger/s.
• Return “lost and found” items.
• Follows organization’s guidelines and policy on Quality, Environment, Safety and Health (QESH).
• Commitment to responsibility and participation in the Quality, Environment, Safety & Health, and CSR programs and activities of the organization.
• Performs other job-related duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
