Responsibilities and qualifications for the role are listed below.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine checks on vehicles before leaving the staff house/ company premises
• Transport products, materials and staffs to intended destination. (customer visit, official business, trainings, and other company related transactions. )
• Conducts preventive maintenance of company vehicles.
• Responsible in procurement of approved purchase requisition as necessary and timely reimbursement of all purchase receipt.
• Submits documents to bank and other government agencies.
• Ensures that vehicles are kept clean and in good conditions at all times.
• Ensures safety of employee passenger/ product by following road safety rules while driving.
• Checks for electrical and mechanical faults and report to employer immediately.
• Ensures update of travel logs and submit to immediate superior for verification.
• Ensures proper execution of car parking by not blocking the entrance and exit doors.
• Promptly checks the scheduled board.
• Ensures timely refilling of gas (should not reach 150km and below).
• Responsible of maintenance of car being used, tires, oil change, brake check, etc.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Superior.
