• Safely drive company executives or designated passengers to and from destinations in a timely manner.
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in good running condition.
• Conduct routine checks on the vehicle’s condition (oil, water, tire pressure, brakes, etc.).
• Plan routes efficiently and stay updated on traffic conditions to avoid delays.
• Maintain records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
• Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading belongings when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
