1.1 Job Summary
Responsible for driving and maintenance of company service vehicles.
1.2 Statement of Duties
- 1) Drivers company vehicles for official use of personnel.
- 2) Ensure that emergency equipment is ready for use.
- 3) Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles base on their schedule.
- 4) Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance.
- 5) Ensure the vehicle logbook is properly filled up to record kilometre reading, destination and others.
- 6) Must have secured an appropriate driver’s license to carry it all times while driving motor vehicle.
- 7) Must know, follow and abide the land transportation laws, rules and regulations.
- 8) Must be a defensive driver.
- 9) Ensure that the vehicle he is driving is duly registered, roadworthy and emission compliant.
- 10) Secure and safeguard the vehicle until it is returned to the designated location.
- 11) Regularly conduct proper motor vehicle pre-trip inspection (BLOWBAGETS).
- 12) Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times.
- 13) Knowledgeable on what to do and act in case of accident or incident.
- 14) Know his rights and privilege as holder of a driver’s license.
- 15) Always observe road safety, discipline and courtesy.
- 16) Must be in a healthy condition and no contagious disease that can affect him and his
- 17) Return “lost and found” items.
- 18) Follows organization’s guidelines and policy on Quality, Environment, Safety and Health (QESH).
- 19) Commitment to responsibility and participation in the Quality, Environment, Safety & Health, and CSR programs and activities of the organization.
- 20) Performs other job-related duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
- at least 2 years’ experience.
- With Driver’s License Res 1,2,3
- Physically Fit
- High school graduate
Training / Skills needed
- Defensive Driving (at least every six months).
- Driving Skills Interpersonal Skills Drivers License Responsible Vehicle Maintenance
