Job summary

Good Neighbors in Metro Manila is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to oversee and scale community engagement initiatives across health, education, WASH, nutrition, sponsorship, and livelihoods. You will identify priority communities, coordinate field activities, and deliver technical support and capacity-building to staff.

The role requires strong partnerships with national and local government offices, skilled proposal writing, stakeholder engagement, and solid budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years NGO/INGO program management experience.
• Strong partnership and coordination with government offices and LGUs.
• Proven skills in proposal writing, community organizing and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and report-writing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Capable of independent work with strong critical thinking; culturally sensitive and adaptable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with local partners and stakeholders, assist in small grants monitoring, donor visits, budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting, and ensure timely preparation and submission of project plans, reports, and documentation in compliance with GNIP policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Social Work and Sciences, Community Development, Public Administration or any related field)
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in NGO/INGO, particularly in program/project management
• Strong partnership and coordination skills with National Government offices and LGUs
• Strong skills in project proposal writing, community organizing and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication, facilitation and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
