Job summary

Good Neighbors in Metro Manila is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to oversee and scale community engagement initiatives across health, education, WASH, nutrition, sponsorship, and livelihoods. You will identify priority communities, coordinate field activities, and deliver technical support and capacity-building to staff.

The role requires strong partnerships with national and local government offices, skilled proposal writing, stakeholder engagement, and solid budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years NGO/INGO program management experience.
• Strong partnership and coordination with government offices and LGUs.
• Proven skills in proposal writing, community organizing and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and report-writing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Capable of independent work with strong critical thinking; culturally sensitive and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and scale-up of community programs across health, education, WASH, nutrition, sponsorship, and livelihoods.
• Identify priority communities and facilitate field activities.
• Provide technical support and capacity-building to staff.
• Coordinate with local partners and stakeholders, including donor visits.
• Assist in small grants monitoring, budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of project plans, reports, and documentation per GNIP policies.
