Job summary

You will address client needs, facilitate referrals, and liaise with healthcare and social service providers to ensure quality support and a better client experience.

The role requires strong English communication skills and prior BPO experience, with a focus on delivering clear information and compassionate guidance

Qualifications

• College Graduate with 6mos BPO experience
• Completed 2 years in college with 6mos BPO experience
• SHS Graduate with 1 year solid BPO experience. (we’re currently not accepting old curriculum HS Graduates)
• Excellent English communication skills
