Job summary

ONTA and WILDCHILD are launching two fine dining concepts in Salcedo, Makati City. We are seeking dedicated Servers and Cashier to join the opening team, delivering personalized service that reflects fine dining standards.

As a Dining Room Server, you will be the face of the restaurant, build guest relationships, and receive training in coffee and cocktail service to further enhance your skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in commissary, kitchen, or food preparation within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to lift, carry and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work early shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store food and beverage deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct stock counts.
• Prepare ingredients to support bar and kitchen teams.
• Organize storage areas and uphold hygiene protocols.
• Apply FIFO rotation to minimize waste.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitation of commissary areas.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and proper handling.
• Provide flexible support to the food and beverage team.

About the role

ONTA and WILDCHILD are two new fine dining concepts seeking dedicated and professional Servers and Cashier to join the opening team in Salcedo, Makati City. As a Dining Room Server, you will be the face of the restaurants - providing personalized service, building guest relationships, and ensuring every visit reflects the standards of fine dining excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside seasoned hospitality professionals and includes training in coffee and cocktail service to further enhance your skills.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store food and beverage deliveries in line with fine dining safety and quality standards.
• Maintain precise inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure consistent availability of premium ingredients.
• Prepare and portion ingredients to support the bar and kitchen teams in delivering refined culinary and beverage experiences.
• Organize storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers to uphold cleanliness, order, and strict hygiene protocols.
• Apply First In, First Out (FIFO) rotation to minimize waste and guarantee product freshness.
• Assist in the cleaning and sanitation of commissary areas and equipment to meet fine dining standards.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations, ensuring proper handling of perishable and high-quality items.
• Provide flexible support to the food and beverage team, stepping in where needed to maintain seamless operations.

About you

• Previous experience in a commissary, kitchen, or food preparation role within the hospitality industry, preferably fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with strict compliance to health regulations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and record-keeping.
• Physical capability to perform duties involving lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work according to operational needs, including early morning shifts.
