Job summary

FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics/Commissary Manager in Metro Manila to oversee warehousing, logistics and commissary operations. The role entails leadership of teams, cost optimisation, and stringent safety and quality compliance.

About the role

FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse/Logistics/Commissary Manager to oversee their warehousing, logistics and commissary operations in Metro Manila. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's supply chain and inventory. This is a full-time role based in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, logistics and commissary functions, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise warehouse and logistics processes, improve productivity and reduce costs
• Manage and coordinate the activities of the warehouse, logistics and commissary teams, providing leadership, training and development
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and quality standards
• Monitor and analyse inventory levels, demand forecasting and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years' experience in a similar warehouse, logistics or commissary management role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
• Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory management and logistics best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
• Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and other relevant software
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety and quality regulations in the Philippines
