Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Distribution environments.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, ERP systems, and business analytics tools.
• Proven experience in dashboard development, sales reporting, process automation, and cross-functional project management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of sales and trade systems used by B2B Team.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for route-to-market, promotions tracking, pricing updates, and store execution reporting.
• Standardize key commercial processes through system enhancements and digital tools.
• Oversee accuracy and integrity of master data related to customers, SKUs, pricing, and promotions in relevant systems.
• Enable seamless data capture, consolidation, and reporting for B2B KPIs.
• Collaborate with Process Excellence and IT teams to ensure dashboard accuracy and usability.
• Sales Performance Dashboard to be used for WDM and Monthly/Weekly FAS Reporting.
• POS Data Analysis and insights.
• Coordinate with internal departments and act as the bridge between the business and the technical/system teams.
• Works with Corp Planning and BU for Demand Review and Sales Operation Excellence.
• Collaborate with Process Excellence Team in Target Setting.
• Lead and manage system improvement projects including requirement gathering, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), rollout, and adoption tracking.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders
