The role requires 3+ years in BI, strong Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Salesforce CRM data extraction, with a focus on data storytelling and proactive stakeholder partnering in a fully onsite setup.

Position Overview

We are seeking an analytical powerhouse and data storyteller to join our Business Intelligence team. You will bridge the gap between complex B2B SaaS data infrastructure and executive execution, helping regional partners optimize operations, track recurring revenue, and make high-impact decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Modeling & Architecture: Build dashboards from scratch. Independently architect robust data models using Star Schema (Fact/Dimension tables) instead of relying on flat files or data engineering teams.
• Rigorous Data Validation: Ensure absolute accuracy by reconciling data at both row and volume levels against raw sources (SQL, Salesforce).
• Consultative Stakeholder Partnering: Act as a strategic partner, not an order taker. Challenge requests to uncover true business needs, manage tight deadlines, and handle stakeholder pushback confidently.
• Data Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear, top-down insights. Prioritize dynamic visuals (drill-downs, slicers) over raw data tables for leadership presentations.
• B2B SaaS Revenue Tracking: Monitor sales pipelines, Salesforce CRM analytics, and metrics like contract volumes and aging pipelines.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years as a BI Analyst, with required experience in B2B SaaS/recurring revenue models and Salesforce CRM data extraction.
• Technical Skill Set:
• Advanced Power BI: Production-level mastery of DAX, Power Query, and relationship modeling.
• Advanced Excel & SQL: Expert querying and data manipulation. Must be able to explain exact technical logic to isolate data discrepancies across large datasets.
• Core Competencies: Proactive, high-energy communicator who can troubleshoot independently without over-relying on AI tools (e.g., Copilot). Highly organized to prioritize requests by business impact.
• Work Setup: Must be clear and amenable to working fully onsite at our facility in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
