Job summary

RCBC is seeking a seasoned Commercial Banking Officer in Metro Manila to generate new commercial loans, manage existing portfolios, and cross-sell bank products while ensuring asset quality and profitability.

You will conduct credit evaluation, analyze financial data, and develop relationships with clients to expand market share and provide professional account management in line with bank policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Commerce.
• MBA or MA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts credit evaluation of accounts, including client calls and ocular inspections.
• Recommends the establishment of credit facilities in accordance with bank policies by analyzing the client's business, financial capacity, management, collateral, and profitability.
• Improves the quality of the loan portfolio and aims to maximize return on resources.
• Solicits credit-worthy accounts by identifying target markets and marketing bank products, offering tailored financial packages to clients.
• Develops existing portfolio by annual review of credit facilities and expanding relationships with prime accounts.
