Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a senior commercial leader to oversee business development, sales, and financial performance across projects.

You will manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, review budgets and pricing, and drive sustainable growth by implementing strategies and coordinating with operations and finance.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquisitions.
• Negotiate favorable terms with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Prepare presentations for the executive team.
• Participate in annual commercial renewal processes – including insurance, property and banking requirements.
• Overseeing budgets, expenses, and pricing strategies to ensure projects remain financially viable.
• Identifying and mitigating potential commercial risks associated with projects and initiatives.
• Monitoring project progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and resolving any commercial issues that arise.
• Analysing sales, marketing, and financial data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Educational Qualifications

• Extensive experience (minimum of 10 years) within the logistics, transportation, or comparable sectors is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract management and commercial law, supported by previous experience working with Australian business operations.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and financial acumen.
• Ability to contribute in a team environment.
