Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Cebu City is seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant to support a U.S. insurance brokerage’s Commercial Lines team.

You will process certificates, endorsements, renewals, and claim reporting, following established workflows and coordinating with Patra offshore support where applicable. This role requires strong English communication, MS Office proficiency, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in supporting a U.S.-based insurance brokerage preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial lines processes and agency systems (Applied Epic/AMS360).
• Willingness to work night shift and adapt to U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the flow of certificates and Evidence of Insurance for the commercial book.
• Execute renewal processing workflows and update applications and spreadsheets.
• Process endorsements and submit online to carrier portals.
• Handle billing, claim reporting, and follow-up as requested.
