Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience supporting insurance operations.
• Background in insurance and banking/financial industries is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• For internal applicants: familiarity with company systems and products.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and use search tools to find information.
• Strong research and analytical skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks to meet turnaround times.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Growth mindset and scheduling flexibility, including shifts or weekends if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned customer requests within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
• Manage policy changes, billing and collections, and policy benefits and maturities requests/adjustments promptly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless policy owner administration activities.
• Support handling of all assigned requests within authorized limits and meet SLA targets.
• Assist in preparing transactional reports for management and stakeholders on time.
• Document policies and procedures for trainers and subject matter experts.
• Monitor transactions for compliance with risk controls and escalate issues.
• Participate in projects or initiatives as needed.
• Participate in walkthroughs with auditors on controls as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by team lead/manager.
