MicroSourcing is seeking a Junior Lawyer to review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, supplier terms, and vendor agreements. You will support property transactions, leasing documentation, and retail site operations on an onsite basis in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City.

Role includes legal research and advisory work on workplace relations, HR compliance, and dispute/resolution activities. A solid foundation in contract drafting and commercial law is essential for success.

Formación

Qualified lawyer with 1–4 years PAE.
Solid experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
Strong legal research and clear written and verbal communication.
Ability to prioritize, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
Commercial mindset with attention to legal detail.

Responsabilidades

Contract Review & Negotiation: Review, draft, and negotiate standard commercial contracts, supplier agreements, and vendor terms.
Property & Leasing Operational Support: Assist with property transactions, retail fuel site operations, and commercial/retail leasing documentation.
Employment & Workplace Relations: Provide legal research and advisory support on workplace relations, employment agreements, and HR compliance matters.
Legal Research & Stakeholder Advice: Conduct legal research to prepare clear, commercially aligned advice for internal business units.
Dispute & Regulatory Management: Support dispute resolution processes, litigation files, regulatory investigations, and corporate compliance frameworks.
