Job summary

KenvueはFinance Operationsチームの一員として、Commercial Accountingの財務分析を担当します。APAC地域の財務レポート作成をサポートし、グローバルな専門家ネットワークを活用してキャリア成長を図ります。

日常業務では月次・四半期の締結、会計処理の正確性を担保し、部門横断の協力を通じて改善を推進します。SAP/BlacklineとExcelの高度なスキルが求められ、規制要件と社内ポリシーを遵守します。

Qualifications

• 会計・財務分野の学士号を有していること。
• 商業会計または財務分析の経験2年以上が望ましい。
• GAAPと収益認識の理解が望ましい。
• SAP/BlacklineとExcelの高度なスキルを保有していること。
• 分析力・問題解決能力・正確さに優れていること。

Responsibilities

• Commercial Accountingの日常業務と会計処理を実行する。
• 締結日程に従い、月次/四半期の財務期間を適切に処理する。
• 実データの正確性と妥当性を担保する。
• 部門横断での改善を推進し、SOX/法規制要件を遵守する。
• 財務報告プロセスのサポートと監督の補助を行う。

Kenvue is recruiting for a Commercial Accounting Finance Analyst for its Finance Operations team. This role is part of Finance Operations with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Financial Reporting team. The Analyst is responsible for supporting Kenvue’s Finance Reporting processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing accounting and daily operations for Commercial Accounting process area.
• Timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements.
• Accountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope.
• Deep expertise, fully knowledgeable of the Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas.
• Regular focus on Balance Sheet reconciliations to minimize open items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial accounting or related financial analysis roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Blackline, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
