Job summary

Kenvue is recruiting a Commercial Accounting Finance Analyst for its Asia Pacific Finance Operations team in the Philippines (Taguig). The role supports the Financial Reporting processes and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, offering exposure to global finance networks in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA a plus), 2+ years in commercial accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, and hands-on experience with SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial accounting or related financial analysis roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Blackline, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute accounting and daily operations for Commercial Accounting process area.
• Timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements.
• Accountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope.
• Deep expertise, fully knowledgeable of the Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas.
• Regular focus on Balance Sheet reconciliations to minimize open items.

Kenvue is recruiting for a Commercial Accounting Finance Analyst for its Finance Operations team. This role is part of Finance Operations with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Financial Reporting team. The Analyst is responsible for supporting Kenvue’s Finance Reporting processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.
