Job summary

Electronic Transfer and Advance Processing Inc. (eTap Inc.) in the Philippines is seeking a Command Center Monitoring Agent to oversee CCTV and GPS surveillance, detect suspicious activities, and prevent security incidents.

You will support security teams, escalate risks, and ensure strict data protection and confidentiality while assisting with investigations. This role includes monitoring beyond office hours to maintain safety and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience working in a command center or similar environment

Responsibilities

• Surveillance Monitoring & Threat Detection: monitor individuals across locations to identify suspicious or unusual behavior
• Incident Support & Security Assistance: assist security personnel in detaining individuals when required and support investigations using CCTV footage
• Systems Monitoring & Operational Continuity: maintain CCTV and GPS systems and ensure recording retention and uptime
• Data Protection, Compliance & Confidentiality Management: comply with data protection policies and maintain confidentiality of security information
• Coordination & Intelligence Liaison: liaise with security staff and law enforcement to share information and coordinate incident responses

Education

Bachelor's degree in Criminology, or a related field

What a Command Center Monitoring Agent Looks Forward to Doing Well

The role is responsible for ensuring continuous surveillance monitoring and security support through CCTV and GPS systems to detect suspicious activities and prevent security incidents. It supports incident response and investigation activities by providing intelligence from monitored data and assisting security personnel in handling identified threats. The role ensures the safety of personnel working beyond office hours through proactive monitoring and immediate escalation of risks. It also maintains strict compliance with data protection policies, confidentiality standards, and organizational security protocols.

What you will do

Surveillance Monitoring & Threat Detection

• Monitors individuals across different locations to identify suspicious or unusual behavior.


• Tracks suspect individuals, particularly in sorting areas, to prevent security breaches.


• Ensures continuous observation of employees working beyond office hours to mitigate safety and security risks.

Incident Support & Security Assistance

• Assists security personnel in detaining individuals involved in arrestable offenses when required.


• Supports supervisors in investigating incidents using recorded CCTV footage.


• Provides intelligence support during active security situations under approved escalation protocols.

Systems Monitoring & Operational Continuity

• Maintains operational functionality of CCTV and GPS systems.


• Ensures proper recording retention and system monitoring standards are consistently met.


• Monitors system performance to ensure uninterrupted surveillance capability.

Data Protection, Compliance & Confidentiality Management

• Complies with Data Protection policy and ensures confidentiality of all security-related information.


• Maintains absolute confidentiality of company data and surveillance records.


• Ensures adherence to e-Tap’s safety, security, and information security protocols.

Coordination & Intelligence Liaison

• Liaises with security staff and law enforcement to provide GPS-based intelligence with proper authorization.


• Coordinates with ground security teams for incident-related information sharing.
