You look forward to maintaining impeccable fiscal health through precise cash counting, rigorous reconciliation, and the sterile management of transaction data. By being proactive in identifying discrepancies and safeguarding assets, the Cash Operations Clerk plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and trust of our financial ecosystem.

What you will do

• Cash Triage & Processing: Receive, sort, count, and verify large sums of money and checks with clinical precision, ensuring all remittances match the expected intake.
• Financial Diagnostics: Verify daily kiosk records against monitoring dashboards (eTap and ecPay) to ensure physical cash on hand matches digital records.
• Data Recordkeeping: Encode and maintain high-standard digital logs, including daily trigger logs and bank CIV, ensuring 100% compliance with accounting policies.
• Discrepancy Intervention: Immediately report and document any variances or financial "symptoms" to superiors to ensure rapid resolution and policy adherence.
• Audit Support: Assist leadership by providing necessary documentation and data evidence for internal and external auditors.
• Asset Safeguarding: Adhere to "sterile" security protocols for the storage and transport of cash, ensuring zero loss or unauthorized access.
• Operational Augmentation: Provide cash management support to other offices when required, ensuring the company’s "circulatory system" of cash flow never stalls.
• Special Projects: Lead end-to-end processes for specialized initiatives like e-Puhunan and other innovative fintech programs.
