Job summary

Electronic Transfer and Advance Processing Inc. (eTap Inc.) invites a seasoned Head of Group Treasury to lead liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, debt management, banking relationships, and treasury risk governance in the Philippines.

You will drive digital transformation of treasury processes, build robust controls, and provide strategic advisory to senior management on capital allocation and funding strategies to sustain growth and financial stability across the business.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or cash management experience.
• Progressive leadership experience in treasury or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end treasury strategies, cash positioning, concentration across bank/digital wallet accounts, and maintain required liquidity buffers.
• Lead cash flow modeling, forecast liquidity needs, identify funding gaps, and execute pre-funding strategies for time-sensitive obligations.
• Evaluate funding structures, manage credit facilities, debt obligations, and optimize borrowing costs.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with financial institutions, lenders, and payment partners to secure competitive services and transaction capabilities.
• Formulate treasury risk frameworks (liquidity, funding, counterparty) and enforce robust internal controls and policies.
• Drive treasury automation, data analytics, and process optimization to improve financial visibility and efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted financial partner to senior management on capital allocation, scenario analysis, and cash deployment.
