Job summary

Mynt, the company behind GCash, is seeking a data analytics-focused professional to strengthen collections performance. You will automate reports, develop MIS, and build segmentation models to turn data into concrete improvements for the nation’s leading fintech platform.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, apply SQL and data management skills, and champion data-driven strategies to optimize collections actions, reduce losses, and support scalable growth across the business.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in SQL, Data Management, Data Analytics/Visualization, Data Modeling
• Experience in Collections. Fintech experience is a plus.

• Monitor Performance of external agencies and recommend actions to address any potential issues
• Develop Strategies or champion-challenger programs
