Job summary

GCash in Manila is seeking a Collections Data Analyst to automate reports and enhance collections performance. You will develop a Collections MIS to monitor results, and coordinate with external agencies to optimize outcomes.

The role requires strong SQL, data analytics, and data modeling, plus knowledge of data management. Fintech experience is a plus and a collaborative, growth‑oriented team awaits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in SQL, Data Management, Data Analytics/Visualization, Data Modeling.
• Experience in Collections; Fintech experience is a plus.

REPONSIBILITIES

• Automation of Collections Reports and Processes


• Develop Collections MIS to track collections performance, collections actions impact, and AB test results


• Monitor Performance of external agencies and recommend actions to address any potential issues


• Develop Strategies or champion-challenger programs


• Develop Segmentation models


• Knowledge of data analytics to influence data driven decisions in managing and improving collections performance


• Knowledge of SQL and data management skills will be helpful in ensuring efficiency in tasks and in assisting other teams
