Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to support a US-based manufacturing client from Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City, in a hybrid night‑shift setup.

You will handle billing, cash applications, proactive collections, and ERP entries, ensuring timely payments and accurate cash flow. The role requires 3+ years AR experience, a degree in accounting/finance, strong English, Excel, and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct AR, billing, or collections experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English with significant experience handling US-based calls.
• High persistence, tact, and professionalism in collections.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP/accounting software experience.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and emails to US customers on past-due accounts.
• Generate and issue accurate invoices promptly.
• Calculate terms, discounts, charges for accurate billing.
• Negotiate repayment schedules or escalate complex cases.
• Resolve billing inquiries professionally to maintain client satisfaction.
• Apply cash receipts and record payments in ERP.
• Prepare weekly cash forecasting and KPI reports.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and admin tasks.
