Job summary

Pingcon Marketing Corporation is seeking a diligent Collection Staff based in Binondo, Manila, working Monday–Saturday. The role focuses on managing outstanding payments from customers, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring timely collection.

You will coordinate with customers, prepare records, and liaise with the Accounting Department. Basic accounting knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency are preferred; field collection may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in collection or accounts receivable is an advantage.
• Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and follow up outstanding payments from customers.
• Monitor accounts receivable and due dates.
• Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules.
• Prepare and maintain collection records and reports.
• Issue and verify collection documents.
• Ensure timely deposit and proper handling of collected payments.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Department regarding collections.
• Perform other collection-related tasks as assigned.
