MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a Collections Representative for an in‑office night‑shift role. You will review balances, negotiate settlements, and handle high‑volume account resolutions for U.S.–based clients, creditors, and law firms.

You will maintain accurate records in the CRM, follow compliance standards, and communicate professionally by phone and email, contributing to a reliable, efficient debt‑collection process.

Your Role

This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in financial services, collections, account servicing, or other high‑volume account resolution environments. While direct debt settlement experience is a plus, it is not required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable reviewing account details, working with balances and payment scenarios, and communicating confidently in negotiation‑oriented conversations.

Strong English fluency is required, including clear and professional spoken communication that is easily understood in live conversations with U.S.-based clients, creditors, collection agencies, and law firms. This role also requires the ability and willingness to communicate directly with clients when needed by phone and email.

This is an in‑office position. This role may involve both account negotiation and direct client communication as business needs require.
