Smartsourcing is seeking a Collections Operations Executive in the Philippines to support invoice validation, debtor administration, and CDD checks. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, finance, invoice support, commercial operations, or back-office processing.
• Background in collections administration or KYC verification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Validate back-office and VAT details on invoices against source records and rules.
• Review PDF invoices for completeness, accuracy, currency, tax treatment, and supporting docs.
• Log and resolve invoice exceptions and discrepancies within turnaround times.
• Escalate unresolved items to the Process Manager or AR Manager.
• Maintain audit trails and validation records for every invoice.
• Prepare payment readiness reporting on the scheduled format.
