Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Accounting Technology or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in collection or related field.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel; SharePoint a plus.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP or other ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Perform customer account verification, research, issue resolution and collection activities via email and outbound calls.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve disputes.
• Monitor ServiceNow tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Post payments and correct remittance advice with cash application team.
• Manage customer credit exposure and coordinate with Operating Company on customer relationships.
• Monitor overdue accounts and manage credit holds and disputes.
• Prepare and present aging of receivables and collection reports.
• Update customer information with Master Data Management (MDM).
• Investigate payment issues with Sales, CS, Operations, and Shipping to reach resolution.
• Maintain productivity and meet SLAs in a complex environment; reference legacy systems as needed.
